摘要
本文从文化的角度分析我国政府绩效评估中产生西方国家政府绩效评估理论水土不服问题的原因,并提出若干加强政府绩效评估本土化建设的对策。
This paper attempts to display the flaws in our government's performance evaluation and analyze them by culture, then proposes that we need to strengthen the localized construction of our government's performance evaluation.
