教育是重要的软实力,而农村教育的弱势地位严重影响了和谐社会的建设。软硬实力的不平衡发展是和谐社会建设的主要障碍。软硬实力是相辅相成的,不可偏废任何一方。
Education is an important soft power. However, because of weakness, the rural education has great impact on constructing the harmonious society. The two power＇s imbalance in development is a main handeap to construct the harmonious society. Soft power and hard power can help and influence each other.
