摘要
采用一种催化剂,用空气对汽油和液化石油气脱硫精制产生的含硫碱渣进行氧化脱硫处理。实验室实验和工业应用表明,当碱渣中加入适量该种催化剂时,在一定条件下用空气可将碱渣中毒性强的硫化物氧化转换成无毒的硫酸盐,脱硫效率达到90%以上。
A catalyst was applied in the oxidation process to remove sulfides from sulfur-containing caustic sludge produced in gasoline and LPG desulfurization operations. The laboratory demonstration experiments showed that, when a proper amount of selected catalyst is added and air is introduced into caustic sludge, the toxic sulfides in the caustic sludge are oxidized into non-hazardous sulfates. Over 90% of sulfur can be removed.
