摘要
中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽阳石化分公司汽油、柴油加氢精制装置原设计反应系统操作压力为7.2 MPa,压力较高,氢油体积比较大,产品质量略有过剩;随着装置运行时间增加,设备故障率有所增加,能耗增加,操作费用不断提高。为了降低装置操作费用,2006年实施了降压操作,在满足产品质量要求的前提下,系统压力由7.2 MPa降至6.1 MPa。运行结果表明,降压后装置综合能耗降低了117 MJ/t,并能减少设备的泄漏和延长设备寿命,说明用适当降压操作来降低加氢精制装置操作费用,对某些装置来说不失为一种有效途径。
The reactor of distillate hydrotreater in PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company was designed at a higher operating pressure of 7.2 MPa and a greater hydrogen to oil ratio. Therefore, the resulting products exceeded the required specifications. In the operation, the unit experienced increasing equipment failures, energy consumption and operating costs. To reduce the operating costs, the unit began to be operated at a lower pressure of 6.1 MPa instead of 7.2 MPa in 2006 at the condition that all products met the specifications. The operation shows that the total energy consumption is lowered by 117 MJ/t, equipment leakage reduced and service life of equipment extended. It is proved to be an effective way to improve the operation for some hydrotreating units.
