摘要
根据加氢反应器的应用实例,介绍了加氢反应器在使用中可能会出现的问题即安全隐患,如回火脆化、氢脆、氢腐蚀、氢致裂纹扩展、不锈钢堆焊层表面裂纹及堆焊层剥离等,以及为防止这些问题的出现应采取的措施;同时对制造、施工、检验等环节如何确保加氢反应器的使用安全进行了探讨。
In a case study of hydroprocessing reactor operation, the potential safety problems that may occur in hydroprocessing reactor operation are introduced such as temper embrittlement, hydrogen embrittlement, hydrogen corrosion, HIC promulgation, the surface cracking of stainless steel stack welding, and the peeling of stainless steel stack welding surface etc. The preventive measures are suggested and safety issues in the fabrication, construction, inspection etc of hydrogenation reactor are investigated to ensure the reliable operation of the reactor.
