摘要
采用环氧树脂和聚乙二醇反应合成了非离子型乳化剂,并利用相反转法制备了高相对分子质量环氧乳液,讨论了原料配比、原料相对分子质量、乳化剂用量等对乳液合成的影响,并对其制备的清漆性能进行了测试。
Non-ionic emulsifier was synthesized with epoxy resin and polyethylene glycol.And a high molecular weight epoxy emulsion was prepared by phase inversion process.The influences of ratio of raw materials and emulsifier addition etc.on the synthesis of emulsion were discussed.
