摘要
目的以药材中总酚酸含量为评价指标,优选维药睡莲花超声提取最佳工艺。方法单因素实验考察乙醇浓度、料液比、超声提取时间、超声次数,超声功率对药材中总酚酸含量的影响,并通过正交实验确定最佳提取条件。结果乙醇浓度、料液比、超声提取时间对总酚酸的提取率有显著影响。结论超声提取维药睡莲花中酚酸类化合物的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶20,超声功率30W,提取时间40 min。
Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction condition for Nymphaea candida Presl.. Methods Optimized conditions (ethanol concentration, materia/extraction solution ratio,ultrasonic time and extraction times) were determined by the single factors experiments and orthogonal test. Results The remarkable factors to affect the extraction of total phenolic acids in Nymphaea candida Presl. were ethanol concentration, materia/extraction solution ratio, ultrasonic time. Conclusion The optimum extraction conditions of total phenolic acids were :70% ethanol, materia/extraction solution ratio 1: 20,ultrasonic time 40minutes.
