地稔水煎液镇痛抗炎药效学的实验研究

Experimental Study on Pharmacodynamics in Analgesic and Anti-inflammation of Water-extract of Melastoma dode candrum Lour

目的进一步明确地稔的药理作用,为临床用药提供科学的理论依据。方法采用热板法和扭体法观察地稔的镇痛作用,用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及腹腔染料渗出法,观察地稔的抗炎作用;用玻片法和毛细玻管法观察地稔对小鼠凝血时间的影响。结果地稔水煎液能显著提高小鼠痛阈值,降低毛细血管通透性,抑制由二甲苯所致的炎症反应,可显著减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀。但对小鼠凝血时间无影响。结论地稔水煎液具有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用。

Objective To research the analgesic and anti -inflammative action of Melastoma dode candrurn Lour, and to provide scientific experiment evidence for clinical applications. Methods The analgesic effect of Melestoma dode candrum Lout was obseved in the response of writhes and hot - plate tests. The anti - inflammatory effect of Melastoma dode candrum Lout was observed in inflammation models＇caused by dimethy benzene and in models with reinforce permeability of abdominal cavity caplillary caused by acetic acid in mice; the capillary method and glass plate method were used to determine the clotting - time of mice. Results Melastoma dode candrum Lout had a prominent analgesia effect, and restained the capillary permeability resulted from inflammation, auricleg swell by dimethybenzene. But showed no obvious effect in the clotting - time of mice. Conclusion Melastoma dode candrum Lout has remarkable effects of anti - inflammation and analgesia on experiment mice.
