衰老大鼠细胞免疫功能的变化及中药天年饮的延缓衰老作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察D-半乳糖衰老大鼠细胞免疫功能的变化及中药天年饮的延缓衰老作用。方法40只SD大鼠随机分为四组,正常组、衰老模型组、天年饮用药组及阴性对照组,每组均为10只。D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型。采用ELISA方法检测各组大鼠血清IL-2及IL-6的含量,同时检测各组大鼠的胸腺指数和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结果衰老大鼠血清IL-2的含量、胸腺指数、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能与正常大鼠相比均明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),衰老大鼠血清IL-6的含量与正常大鼠相比明显升高(P<0.01)。天年饮可显著提高衰老大鼠血清IL-2含量、胸腺指数以及巨噬细胞的吞噬功能(用药组大鼠与衰老模型组大鼠比较:P<0.01,P<0.05);天年饮可明显降低衰老大鼠血清IL-6的含量(用药组大鼠与衰老模型组大鼠比较:P<0.01)。结论天年饮可提高衰老大鼠的细胞免疫功能,具有一定延缓衰老的作用。 Objective To study on the changes of cellular immune function of aging rats and the anti - aging effects of traditional Chinese medicine Tiannianyin. Methods 40 SD rats were divided into 4 groups at random: normal group, aging model group, Tiannianyin group and negative control group, each group had 10 rats. The sub - acute aging model rats were made by injecting D - gal into abdominal cavity continually. ELISA was used to detect the IL - 2 and IL - 6 content in serum, the macrophagic phagocytosis and thymus index were also observed. Results Compared with normal rats, the IL- 2 content in serum, the thymus index and the macrophagic phagocytosis of aging rats decreased obviously (P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ) ; the IL- 6 content in serum increased obviously (P 〈 0.01 ). Tiannianyin not only significantly increased the IL-2 content, the macrophagic phagocytosis and the thymus index of aging rats ( Tiannianyin group compared with aging group : P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ) ; but also significantly decreased the IL -6 content of aging rats (Tiannianyin group compared with aging group: P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Tianninyin can strengthen the cellular immune function of aging rats, so it has fairly anti - aging effects.
