摘要
目的研究红腺忍冬的繁殖技术。方法采用种子、扦插和压条3种方法进行繁殖。结果与结论压条成活率最高;100 mg.kg-1的ABT生根粉和IBA可促进插条生根;种子出苗率中等,出苗较整齐;扦插和压条需健壮藤条作繁殖材料,而过度从花丛中剪取藤条会影响原植株生长发育,因此,大批量生产应以种子繁殖为主。
Objective To study on the reproduction of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. Methods To reproduce with seeds, cuttages and layerings. Results and Conclusion The survival rate of layering is the highest; 100 mg · kg^-1 ABT powder and the IBA solution can promote the grouth of root; Seed rate of seedlings emergence is medium and emerges neatly. The cuttings and layering takes the reproduction material by the vigorous and healthy rattan. But excessive cuts from the flowering shrubs takes the rattan to be able to affect the original adult plant growth. Therefore, the mass production should take the seed reproduction primarily.
