胃炎灵胶囊对慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠胃腺分泌功能影响的研究

Effect of Weiyanling Capsule on the Function of Externalization in Gastric Tissue of Rats with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的检测胃炎灵胶囊对慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠胃蛋白酶活性及胃液总酸和游离酸含量的影响。方法采用综合法成功复制CAG动物模型。施药治疗后分别对各组大鼠胃蛋白酶活性及胃液总酸和游离酸含量进行检测。结果与空白组比较,模型组大鼠胃组织胃蛋白酶活性、胃液总酸和游离酸含量显著下降(P<0.01;P<0.01;P<0.01);与模型组比较,胃炎灵胶囊可显著提高胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05)、显著升高胃液总酸含量(P<0.05)和游离酸含量(P<0.05),且以胃炎灵胶囊大剂量组作用显著。结论胃炎灵胶囊具有促进胃酸分泌及提高胃蛋白酶活性的作用。

Objective To study the effects of Weiyanling Capsule（WYL） on the activity of pepsinum in gastric tissue and the contents of acidum and free acid in gastric juice in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Model of chronic atrophic gastritis was established with synthetic method. The effects of WYL on the activity of pepsinum in gastric tissue and the contents of acidum and free acid in gastric juice were observed. Results In successful model group, activity of pepsinum and content of acidum and free acid were much lower than those of normal group（P 〈 0.01 ;P 〈 0.01 ;P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with model group, WYL could increase the activity of pepsinum and the contents of acidum and free acid （P 〈 0.05 ;P 〈 0.05 ;P 〈 0.05 ） significantly. Conclusion WYL has functions of promoting gastric acid secretion and pepsinum activity.
