摘要
目的研究满山红中的止咳平喘活性化学成分。方法利用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱等多种现代色谱分离成分,并根据理化常数和光谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果从满山红中分离得到了7种活性化合物,分别为杜鹃素(farrerol),杨梅素(myricetin),槲皮素(quercetin),二氢槲皮素(taxifolin),伞形花内酯(umbelliferone),金丝桃苷(hyperine),杜松脑(ju-niper camphor)。结论为下一步开发满山红抗咳喘新药提供了可靠的化学基础,且对修正以往认为满山红药材挥发油中以杜鹃酮为主要成分的观念提供了实验依据。
Objective To study the natural products to treat cough and dyspnea from Rhododendron dauricum. Methods Active compounds were isolated by macroporous absorption resin, silica gel columns and other modem chromatographic method. Seven chemical constituents were identified on the basis of chemical methods and spectral evidences. Results From this plant, seven active compounds were isolated. They were determined as farrerol, myricetin ,quercetin, taxifolin, umbelliferone, hyperin and juniper camphor. Conclusion The results supplied the researching base to develop the effective part of Folium Rhododendr/Daurici as the new medicine.
