摘要
目的建立提取物中大孔树脂残留物检测方法。方法采用气相色谱法测定苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙基苯和萘的含量,色谱条件为:SE-54,(30 mm×0.25 mm,0.25μm)弹性石英毛细管柱,柱温采用程序升温,FID检测器检测。结果几种残留溶剂加样回收率>95%,RSD<3.0%。结论该方法的精密度、线性关系和回收率良好,且方法方便、快捷。
Objective To establish a detective method of organic residues of the resin in the extract of the Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods The contents of benzene, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene, phenethylene, diethyl benzenes and naphthalene were detected by gaschromatograph, fused -silica capillary column SE -54, (30 mm × 0.25 mm,0.25μm)and hydrogenflame ionization detector( FID), column temperature initially 40℃ for 1 minute,heated to 90℃ at the speed of 7℃/min. Results The result showed that the recovery of the solvent was more than 95% ,and RSD was less than 3.0%. Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate, rapid, special, suitable for determination of the organic residues of the resin in the extract.
