多发性硬化的中医药病因病机探讨 被引量：14

摘要 多发性硬化是神经系统一种常见的中枢系统脱髓鞘疾病,据其主要临床症状,应属于中医的"痿证"范畴,其发病与肾精、络脉和毒邪有密切关系,肾精亏损,髓海不足,督脉空虚是发病之本;络瘀失荣为病之标;毒邪为诱发本病之因;病理机转体现在正邪交争,互有胜负则有该病的急性发作期、缓解期与复发期。
