摘要
在介绍我国工程保证担保基本现状的基础上,详细地论述了适合我国现阶段工程保证担保的品种、实施范围以及如何培育担保人市场,对有条件保函、银行担保与担保公司(保险公司)担保进行了比较,提出了优先发展有条件保函、通过市场竞争选择担保人的建议。
On the basis of analyzing the current situation of Chinese engineering assured guarantee, this paper discusses the variety, scope of implementation and how to cultivate guarantor market suitable for Chinese engineering assured guarantee at this stage in details, compares the conditional guarantee, bank guarantee and guarantee companies （insurance companies）, then puts forward advices prior to the development of conditional guarantee and choosing guarantor through marketing competition.
