人力资本积累与产业结构调整的关系研究

Research on the relationship between human capital accumulation and industry structure adjustment

对人力资本积累与产业结构调整的关系进行了初步探讨,然后利用人力资本外部性增长模型为理论基础,以福建省为研究区域,揭示了人力资本积累与产业结构调整之间的相互关系,以及人力资本要素在产业结构演进中发挥的重要作用,最后提出了若干对策建议。

This paper discusses the adjustment. On the basis of external relationship between human capital accumulation and industry structure growth model, it takes Fujian as the object to do empirical research. The results indicate that there is a positive correlation between them, and human capital plays an important role on the industry structure adjustment. Finally, this paper puts forward several countermeasures.
