The formation of ＂Human-oriented＂ theory is the abandonment and sublimate of our party＇s thoughts of the people＇s livelihood and people-oriented. Insisting on ＂Human-oriented＂ theory is the inevitable request for time development, which reflects the new characteristics of the time.
