Consideration on the social prevention of the crime

通过对犯罪现象的分析,表明了犯罪是一种社会病态现象,它源于社会,又作用于社会,危害于社会。揭示了犯罪的社会预防的重要意义,犯罪预防是人类社会对犯罪这一社会病态现象采取的一项根本对策。对犯罪进行社会预防旨在说明刑罚本身不能根除犯罪,要减少或预防犯罪在于社会各方面的共同努力,并提出了犯罪的社会预防的措施和途径。

Based on the analysis on the phenomena of crime, the article indicates that the crime is a morbidity phenomenon which originates from the society and does harm to the society. As a result, prevention of the crime is a fundamental policy to eliminate the social morbidity phenomenon. The social prevention of the crime needs the common effort of all the society to abandon various measures and approaches.
