摘要
针对高校人事管理工作中存在的主要问题,从管理观念、用人制度等方面,指出了人事管理制度创新的途径,对树立以人为本的管理理念,加强人事管理制度创新,提高人事管理人员素质具有积极的意义。
This article points out the way of strengthening the innovation of human resources management system from the points of view of management concept and employment system, which are based on the main problems that are existed in human resources management affairs. This has a great significance on setting up the people-oriented management concept, strengthening the innovation of human resources management system, improving the capabilities of the relevant staff who in charge of the human resources management affairs.
