摘要
目的:探讨水母雪莲细胞培养物对大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:将50只雄性SD大鼠均分为5组:对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、低剂量组(C组)和中剂量组(D组)和高剂量组(E组)。A组给予生理盐水,C组、D组、E组分别给予水母雪莲细胞培养物0.25g/kg、0.5g/kg、1g/kg。第7 d皮下注射肾上腺素,次日采血测定全血粘度和红细胞功能指标。结果:给予水母雪莲细胞培养物的大鼠的观察指标好于模型组,尤以高剂量显著(P〈0.05-〈0.001)。结论:水母雪莲细胞培养物具有改善大鼠血循环的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of cell cultures of saussurea medusa (CCSM) on hemorheology in rats. Methods: A total of 50 SD male rats were averagely divided into 5 groups: control group (group A), model group (group B), low dose group (group C), middle dose group (group D) and high dose group (group E) . Group A was fed with saline. Rats in group C, D, E were given CCSM 0.25g/kg, 0.5g/kg, lg/kg respectively. Adrenaline was injected at the 7th day. Blood was sampled for measuring whole blood viscosity and red blood cell functions. Results: The parameters in rats who were given CCSM were better than those in model group, especially for rats in high dose group (P〈0.05-〈0.01). Conclusion: CCSM can ameliorate hemorheology in rats.
