建筑施工过程中伤亡事故的致因和对策

Causes Analysis and Countermeasures of Casualties in Building Construction

我国建筑施工过程中重大事故频频发生,伤亡人数居高不下,对人民生命财产和国民经济造成了重大损失,预防和减少伤亡事故成为越来越多的人关注的话题。本文根据建筑生产活动的规律和特点,利用数理统计的方法,对1998～2006年九年来全国发生的10000多起建筑施工伤亡事故的原因、发生的部位等进行统计,研究和分析了建筑工程多发性伤亡事故的成因及其内在的规律性,从而得出预防的对策和措施。

In recent years, significant accidents in building construction occur frequently in our country, and the casualties stay at a high level, which has caused heavy losses to the people＇s life and property as well as the national economy. Now more and more people are concerning with how to prevent and decrease casualty. Based on the regularity and characteristic of construction activity, this article used mathematical statistic method to analyze the causes and locations of the more than 10000 casualties in the past nine years （1998-2006）, studied and analyzed the cause and intrinsic regularity of construction engineering casualty, thus obtained the prevention strategy and countermeasure.
