摘要
在国防工程中管道和阀门具有承受超高压力的设计要求。为检验其抗压性能,研制了爆炸冲击波输出压力为20~30M Pa的超高压压力发生器。该发生器由高强材料锻压、焊接而成,其结构主要由主体、后盖、测压环3部分组成,并在设计上保证了输出端连接的通用性和爆炸压力的均匀性。通过对设备的性能试验和某工程产品抗压性能检测,证明了该压力发生器性能稳定,压力指标完全满足设计要求。
In national defense engineering, the design of piping and valve must meet the requirement of enduring super high pressure. To test their pressure enduring performanee, the super high pressure generator, designed to produee blast wave pressure up to 20-30 MPa, was introdueed. The generator is made of materials of high strength by means of forging and welding. It ineludes three parts : main body, baek eover and pressure-testing loop, and its strueture is well designed to ensure the uniformity of blast pressure and eonvenient output juneture. Experiment and praetieal applieations of the generator prove that it possesses stable and exeellent performanee that exeeeds the design target.
