可生物降解聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-co-己二酸丁二醇酯)共聚酯的挤出扩链反应 被引量:4

摘要 利用双螺杆挤出机对可生物降解聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-co-己二酸丁二醇酯)(PBTA)共聚酯进行挤出扩链改性,比较了不同扩链剂和过氧化物引发剂对PBTA共聚酯的改性效果。通过对扩链改性前后PBTA共聚酯的相对分子质量、热性能及流变性能的表征和分析,研究了扩链剂添加量和过氧化物引发接枝反应对PBTA共聚酯结构和性能的影响,针对不同的加工要求可适当调整扩链剂的添加量,制得了适合常规薄膜吹塑加工的可生物降解PBTA共聚酯。通过对扩链改性后的PBTA共聚酯进行堆肥埋片降解时发现,PBTA共聚酯经适当的接枝改性,在保证物理和加工性能得到改善的前提下,PBTA共聚酯仍具有很好的可生物降解性能。 Chain extension of biodegradable aliphatic/aromatic copolyester-poly (butylene terephthalate- co- butylene ) (PBTA) was carried out using different chain extenders in a twin - screw extruder. According to structural features of modified PBTA, peroxide is considered to be an appropriate chain extender for the copolyester system. Through analysis of structures, thermodynamic and rheology behaviors of PBTA copolyesters before and after chain extension, effect of chain extender dosage on their structures and properties were studied. Both melt viscosity and melt strength of the copolyester are improved. By adjusting the chain extender dosage, blow molding film can be processed from biodegradable copolyester in conventional way. Their biodegradabilities were also investigated through composting experiment. Besides the enhanced physical and processing properties, modified PBTA copolyesters still possess their original biodegradabilities.
