摘要
我国目前有相当数量的轴承套圈依然采用压力机普通锻造的方法加工。要节约材料,提高材料利用率,必须减少机械加工量,要减少留量则必须提高锻造加工或辗压加工的几何精度。通过研制整径机实现对锻件先整径后车精度的提高,从而降低工件的留量,提高材料利用率。
The processing method of ordinary press forging is still adopted in the considerable amount of the current ferrules in our country. If we want to save the material and improve the material utilization coefficient, we must reduce the machining amount. In order to reduce allowance, we must enhance the geometrical precision of forging or crunching machining. The enhancement of precision has been achieved in parts of forging or in parts of forging before lathing by developing the plastic machine of the ferrule. As a result, the allowance is decreased and the material utilization coefficient is improved.
