摘要
介绍一种用正弦信号激励方式测定压电式力传感器参考灵敏度的新方法。由已知和未知力传感器的振幅单峰值测出未知力传感器的参考灵敏度。此法测试简单,具有一定的可靠性和实用价值。
The paper introduces a new method in which the referenced sensitivity of piezoelectric pressure sensors is measured by sine signal inspiriting manner. According to the single peak swing results of known and unknown pressure sensors, the referenced sensitivity of unknown pressure sensors is measured. This testing method is simple, reliabe and has practical value.
