The necessity and the realizing methods about real-time control of CNC system based on Windows platform are stated in this paper, We adopt routine timer, multi-media timer functions, cutting out hardware interrupt, suppositional device driving procedure and movement controller and so on in the methods, The advantages and disadvantages of every method are introduced in this paper.
