摘要
介绍了三菱FX2N-32MR可编程控制器在机械手控制系统中的应用,并用MCGS组态软件开发了上位机监控界面,能直观检验机械手PLC控制系统的运行情况。实践证明,PLC可编程控制器和MCGS组态软件结合有利于PLC控制系统的设计、检测,具有良好的应用价值。
The application of the Mitsubishi FX2N-32MR PLC in manipulator controlling system is introduced, and the monitoring interface of computer is developed with MCGS configuration software, which is used to monitor obviously the operation status of PLC control system of the manipulator. Practice shows that the combination of the PLC and MCGS configuration software is valuable for design, and testing, and application of PLC controlling system.
