摘要 建立了通用于容积式压缩机排气过程中描述排气口气速和工作腔内气体压力变化的数学模型,以往复压缩机为例,应用龙格-库塔法对其进行数值求解,得到了排气口气速和工作腔内气体压力随主轴转角的变化规律。研究内容有助于排气口开启面积的优化设计,以减小排气流动损失,适用于往复、螺杆、涡旋和转子等其它类型的容积式压缩机。 Mathematical model, describing the changing laws of discharge gas velocity and gas pressure for displacement compressor in discharge process is established. Take the 'reciprocating compressor as example, the Runge - Kutta numerical method is used to obtain its numerical solution, and the changing relation of discharge velocity and gas pressure varied with crank shaft angle is presented. The study content is not only benefit for the optimal design of discharge hole and reducing discharge flow loss, but also be suit for other types displacement compressor, such as screw compressor, scroll compressor and rotary compressor.
