摘要
以山西丰喜华瑞煤化工有限公司实施焦炉煤气为原料,生产18万t合成氨、加工30万t尿素项目为例,介绍了利用焦炉煤气富氧催化转化生产合成气项目的设计工艺路线、主要设备选型和投资建设情况,从生产成本和经济效益两方面与以煤为原料的"18.30"项目进行了比较。
In this paper,the technological process,main equipment and investment condition were introduced in the project of synthesis gas catalyzed by oxygen-enrich using of coke oven gas,and compared with 18·30 project with coal in production cost and economical benifit.It is based on 180 000 t/a synthesis ammnia and 300 000 t/a urea produced by Shanxi Fengxi Huarui coal chemical industry co.ltd.
