摘要
试样用硝酸-氢氟酸溶解、稀释定容后,EDTA容量法测定氧化钙和氧化镁。三价锑离子与碘离子生成黄色络合物,据此比色测定锑。在用氢氧化锂-硼酸混合熔剂高温熔解的试样中,硅酸与钼离子形成硅钼黄杂多酸,还原硅钼黄为硅钼蓝后,GKF-Ⅳ型硅酸盐测定仪测定二氧化硅。氧化亚铁采用EDTA容量法测定,而三氧化二铝则用铜盐回滴法间接测定。该方法用于快速测定锑鼓风炉渣,结果满意。
The sample was dissolved by HNO3 + HF acid, and diluted to fixed volume. Calcium Oxide and Magnesium Oxide in solution were determined by EDTA titration method. Antimony ion reacted with iodine ion to form yellow complex, and then antimony can be determined with colorimetry analysis. In order to determine SiO2 in blast furnace slag, the sample was dissolved in the mixed flux of Lithium Hydroxide and boracic acid at high temperature. Silicate reacted with Molybdenum ion to form molybdosilicate yellow.SiO2 was measured by GKF- Ⅳ silicate determining device when molybdosilicate yellow was reduced to molybdosilicate blue. Ferrous oxide was determined by EDTA titration, and Al2O3 was indirectly measured with Copper salt re-titration method. The satisfactory results were obtained using these methods to determine antimony blast furnace slag.
