A New Separation Technology of Zirconium and Hafnium by Solvent Extraction

本文提出了一种新的锆铪分离方法,采用石油亚矾(Petroleum Sulfoxide)作萃取剂,煤油为稀释剂,仲辛醇为改良剂,盐酸作介质。讨论了各因素对锆铪分离和提取的影响,提出了萃取分离工艺流程和原子能级锆生产流程。

In this paper, a process for the separation of Zr and Hf used for the atomic energy application by solvent extraction in HCl medium was put forth. The extractant is petroleum sulfoxide (PSO-Ⅱ), the diluent is kerosene and the modifier is 2-octanol. The effects involved in the process were examined.
