摘要
改进了硫普罗宁的合成工艺条件。在中间体α-氯代丙酰甘氨酸的分离中采用先盐析再萃取的新工艺。在硫普罗宁的合成中,对合成物料配比、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件进行了改进与优化。将文献报道的总收率由31.9%提高到了55.9%(以α-氯代丙酰氯计)。该合成工艺条件与方法能有效提高反应收率,降低生产成本,适合工业化生产。
α-Chloropropionylglycine, a key intermediate of tiopronin was prepared by improved procedures including in the successive salting out and extraction. The whole sythesis processe of tiopronin were optimized. The total yield inereased from 31.9% in literature reported to 55.9% on the basis of α-chloropropionyl chloride. The improved precess and procedure are more suitable for indastrial prochiction because of higher yield and lower cost.
