卡波树脂沉淀聚合法的合成及其应用性能 被引量:6

摘要 以丙烯酸为单体,醋酸乙酯与环己烷为混合溶剂,通过考察交联剂、分散剂的种类和添加量,用沉淀聚合法合成了卡波树脂(Carbomer)。用GPC、IR和化学分析法对产物的结构与性能进行了研究,产品的质量分数为0.5%的屈服值、未中和前及中和后的黏度、润湿时间和透光率分别为1300mN/m2、<50mPa·s、130000mPa·s、10min、97.7%,而国外同类产品分别为1080mN/m2、700mPa·s、90000mPa·s、41min、94.5%,表明了自制的卡波树脂性能较好。进一步考察了自制产品和国外同类产品的质量分数及pH对其黏度、屈服值的影响。 Carbomer was synthesized by precipitation polymerization with acrylic acid as monomer, ethyl acetate and cyclohexane as co-solvent. The different kinds of crosslinker, steric stabilizer, and their amounts were investigated. Therefore, properties of the product were characterized by using GPC, IR and conventional analysis. The results showed that: the 0.5w/% product yield value, un-neutralized viscosity, neutralized viscosity, dispersion time and clarity were 1 300 mN/m^-2, 〈50 mPa·s, 130 000 mPa·s, 10 min, 97.7% respectively; while the imported carbomer were 1 080 mN ·m^-2, 700 mPa·s, 90 000 mPa·s, 41min, 94.5% respectively. Further, influences of the content and pH of carbomer product on the viscosity and yield value were discussed compared with the imported carbomer product.
