摘要
论述了国内外化妆品行业质量安全监管现状,通过与美国、欧盟和日本等发达国家的化妆品监管模式比较,提出未来中国对化妆品行业的监管应该注重完善化妆品行业的相关法规和标准,建立政府引导下的化妆品行业自律机制,提高化妆品检测技术水平。
The situation of the world cosmetics＇ supervision was introduced. Comparsion of the supervising patterns or methods between the USA, EU, Japan and China. It was suggested that Chinese government should improve laws and regulations, establish cosmetic plants＇ serf-restrict mechanism, help testing institute to improve the testing skills.
