摘要 我国非师范地方院校教师教育面临三个基本任务,即有效满足农村基础教育师资发展要求,有效促进教师专业化发展及充分发挥非师范院校教师教育优势等。非师范地方院校教师教育的价值取向是:巩固教师教育在非师范院校的地位,增强为基础教育服务的意识,营造教师专业发展的文化环境。非师范地方院校教师教育的策略是:确立教师专业化的人才培养规格,建构服务农村基础教育的开放、互动模式,施行学院化管理方式,加强非师范院校教师教育质量评估。 Nowadays the teachers' education in non- normal colleges is facing some problems, such as how to meet the needs of teachers' education development in rural areas, how to facilitate teachers' professional development, and how to make the best use of teachers' education in non - normal colleges. In order to assure the quality of teachers' education in non - normal colleges, we should consolidate the position of teachers' education in non - normal colleges, Strengthen the consciousness of serving the elementary education and build environment of teachers' professional development. The strategy for teachers' education in non - normal colleges is that: to establish the fostering system, construct the open mutual - active model, implement the system of management by colleges themselves and strengthen the quality value of teachers' education in non-normal colleges.
