On the People-oriented Ideas in the Ideological and Political Education of University Teaching and Administrative Staff

以人为本既是时代发展和社会发展的迫切要求,也是人的全面发展的必然要求。高校教职工思想政治教育要想取得良好成效,首先就要树立人本理念,把"人"当作思想政治教育的根本出发点,自觉地在一定人性假设下认识和运用思想政治工作的内在规律,并能在实际工作中从教育认知、教育方法、教育环境、教育手段上加以优化。

The people- oriented ideas is not only the urgent demand for the development of times and society, but also the necessary demand for the all - round development of people. To get good effect of the ideological and political education , we should set up people - oriented idea, take people as the basic start - point of the ideological and political education, understand and use conscientiously the internal law of the ideological and political education, and optimize the educational cognition, educational methods, educational environment and educational means in practical work.
