产妇发生乳头皲裂的原因分析及预防对策

STUDY ON THE RISK FACTOR AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR CRACKED NIPPLE OF LYING-IN WOMEN

[目的]探讨乳头皲裂的原因,并提出有效的预防措施。[方法]对2年内两所医院的622名分娩产妇进行分娩后的72 h跟踪观察,分析产妇情况、新生儿情况以及喂养方式等影响因素与乳头皲裂发生的关系。[结果]产妇的乳头过短或凹陷、新生儿过重、喂养方式不当等因素是造成产妇发生乳头皲裂的危险因素。[结论]喂养方式不当是造成产妇发生乳头皲裂的重要原因之一,针对此因素进行干预可以有效的预防由该因素所导致的产妇乳房皲裂的发生。

[Objective] To investigate the reasons for cracked nipple of lying-in woman and to offer effective preventive measures. [Methods] 72-hour tracking observation after delivery on 622 lying-women in two hospitals in two years were conducted to explore the relationship between cracked nipple and the general situation of parturient and neonate, feeding pattern and so on. [Results] The risk factors of cracked nipple of lying-in woman were too short or sunken nipple of mothers, overweight of babies, and inappropriate breastfeeding methods and so on. [Conclusions] Inappropriate breasffeeding methods are one of the important risk factors which induce cracked nipple of lying-in woman, and intervention on the factor can effectively prevent the incidence of cracked nipple of lying-in woman caused by inappropriate breastfeeding methods.
