内向整流性钾离子通道和脑水肿 被引量:1

摘要 脑水肿是继发于脑血管疾病、颅内感染、脑肿瘤及颅脑外伤等多种脑疾病之后出现的病理现象。它不仅可以导致脑细胞(神经元、神经胶质细胞)内环境破坏,引起神经功能障碍;而且可造成颅内高压,影响脑的血液灌流,进一步加重脑组织的水肿;脑组织的高度肿胀甚至可引起脑疝的形成致病人死亡。因此,如何预防和治疗脑水肿是基础和临床亟待解决的问题。
