This article analyses all solutions to tutorship demands, and puts forward and designs an knowledge service solution of intelligent tutorship based on Internet. It uses automatic reasoning based on knowledge to realize the intellectualization and automatization of tutorship, uses natural language understanding based on domain to realize the information transform between the tutorship problem and the system. It uses the technologies of computer network to solve the mutual problems between numerous consumer and the system, and supplies real-time diagnosis modes on Internet. It can solve the insufficiency of all kinds of tutorships. The result of trial service indicates that intelligent tutorship supplied by the system can solve the problems of students primly, the rate of success, the rate of exactness and the time of response can meet the requests of students.
