摘要
该文在用系统的观点深入地分析了国家大型科学仪器中心的系统组成、对科技创新的支撑作用及其发展需求与发展趋势的基础上,与国家科技计划、区域发展、行业和学科发展等几个方面的需求相结合,提出了国家大型科学仪器中心建设的主要任务及建设与运行的管理机制。
A systematical and in-depth analysis on the Large-Scale National Scientific Instruments Center＇s system structure, its supporting role in technology innovation, development requirement and trends is presented . By integrating with demands from national science and technology planning, regional development, industry and academic subjeets evolution, proposals are given on the main task of construction and management system in both construction and operation of the Large- Scale National Scientific Instruments Center.
