去离子水简易制备工艺及树脂再生条件的研究 被引量:3

摘要 化学实验室采用离子交换法制备去离子水,制水工艺和树脂的再生条件对出水质量和产水量有明显的影响。该文通过将制水设备中的交换柱全部改为阴阳离子混合柱,同时改进树脂的再生条件,使出水品质和出水量有较大的提高。装置的实际运行效果:出水速率为7 L/h,周期产水量为750 L,水的电导率为0.2-3μs/cm。 The technology of ion exchange can be taken for advantages of purifying tap water in chemical experiment. The grade of deionized water lies on the process for making deionized- water and regenerating ion-exchange resin. This technology can be improved and the productivity of deionized water be increased or decreased by all of ion- exchange columns filled mixture of strong- basic ion- exchange resin and strong acid ion- exchange resin as well as regenerative process changed, The results show that the rate of deionized- water is 7 L/h, the productivity of processed water is 750 L and the electrical conductivity is 0.2- 3 μs/ cm.
