T_2WI在监控MR介导无水乙醇消融VX2瘤兔的实验研究

The Experimental Research of T_2-Weighted Imaging Monitor MR guided Percutaneous Ethanol Injection for VX2

目的在对VX2瘤兔经皮无水乙醇注射术(PEI)消融时,对T2WI监控无水乙醇分布的效果进行评价。材料与方法制备18只肝VX2瘤兔,在1.5T磁共振扫描仪下,应用快速翻转自旋回波(FRFSE)T2WI序列完成PEI术中监控的扫描。结果在对VX2兔行PEI时,T2WI在治疗后有多种信号改变,利用乙醇治疗前后的信号变化,无水乙醇分布范围与病理上肿瘤的坏死范围有正相关性。结论PEI时,T2WI能初步地用于监控无水乙醇的分布。

Objective To assess the effect of T2 Weighted imaging on mapping the distribution of ethanol during Percutaneous Ethanol Injection（PEI） in rabbits bearing liver tumor. Materials and Methods VX2 tumors were carried out in 18 rabbits. T2 Weighted imaging was performed for VX2 tumors of rabbits during PEI with FRFSE on a 1.5T MR scanner. Results Focal signal was varied in T2 Weighted imaging after PEI at the site of injection. There was significant positive relation in imaging features and pathologic results. Conclusion Ethanol distribution can be preliminarily monitored with T2 weight imaging during PEI.
