中晚期肝癌介入治疗后常见近期并发症的meta分析

Meta-analyses on incidences of common complications of primary liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

[目的]通过对国内近年来肝癌介入术后出现并发症的meta分析，调查术后近期并发症出现的频率。[方法]经文献检索和评价，共确定16篇相关报道，应用meta分析对其进行分析。[结果]经过meta分析，发现术后近期主要的并发症为发热（80％，95％CI为71％-88％）、恶心呕吐（73％，95％CI为61％-84％）和肝区疼痛（65％，95％CI为48％-80％），骨髓抑制也较常见（31％，95％CI为15％-50％），但上消化道出血的发生率只有4．2％。[结论]肝癌介入术后近期并发症发生比例较高，应引起医生足够重视。

[Objective] To investigate the incidences of complications of primary liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). [Methods] Meta-analyses were performed on 16 studies published in Chinese.[Results] The results showed that the common complications after TACE were fever(80%,95% CI: 71%,88%),nausea and vomiting(73%,95% CI:61%,84%) and pain in liver region(65%,95% CI: 48%,80%).Another common complication was bone marrow depression(31%,95% CI: 15%,50%),hemorrhage of upper digestive tract was not as common as what we imagined. [Conclusion] The complications after TACE of primary liver cancer are quite common,and should be emphasized in clinical practice.
