城乡结合部土地利用与管理

Land Use and Management in the Rural-urban Fringe

城乡结合部是城市与农村之间的一个经济过渡地带,伴随着我国城市郊区化与农村城市化的推进,其在社会经济中的重要地位日益凸显。本文从城乡结合部的范围界定与特征入手,分析了当前土地利用与管理中存在的主要问题及其产生的根源,并在此基础上提出了一些解决策略。

The rural-urban fringe is an economical transition area which is situated between city and countryside. With the development of city suburbanizatlon and rural urbanization in China, it is playing an increasingly important role in our social economy. Beginning with a definition of the scope and characteristics of rural-urban fringe, this paper analyzes the main problems of the present land use and management and explores the reasons. Based on this discussion, this paper further gives some management tactics in dealing with the problems.
