青海湖裸鲤的核型研究

Study on the karyotype of Gymnocypris przewalskii

采用PHA和秋水仙素体内注射制备青海湖裸(鲤Gymnocypris przewalskii)的染色体。结果表明,青海湖裸鲤染色体由92条染色体组成,按着丝粒位置可分为四组,m组有16对中部着丝粒染色体,sm组有11对亚中部着丝粒染色体,st组有12对染色体,t组有11对染色体,每个染色体均有相应的同源染色体。青海湖裸鲤的2n=92,NF=146,其核型公式为:2n=32m+22sm+24st+14t。结果表明,青海湖裸鲤的核型与其他裸鲤有相似之处。

This paper reported the karyotype of Gymnocypris przewalskii through injecting PHA and colchicines. The results showed there were 92 chromosomes in the somatic cell of Gymnocypris przewalskii. Chromosomes were divided into four types based on the centromere position, and each chromosome was composed of pairs of homologous chromosomes. Chromosomal numbers were 2n=92. chromosomal arms（NF）=146, and the formula of karyotype was 32m＋22sm＋24st＋14t. Meanwhile, we found three larger pairs of chromosomes with middle centhomere, a slight difference in karyotype or image compared to previous reports.
