摘要
目的:探讨兔眼晶状体囊外摘除术后房水白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量及与后发性白内障的关系。方法:将30只新西兰白兔行眼晶状体囊外摘除术,分别于术后1d、3d、1w、2w、1m、3m定期行裂隙灯、眼底镜检查,同时抽取房水-86℃保存,应用放射免疫分析测定IL-1β和IL-6的含量。结果:兔房水IL-1β和IL-6含量于术后第3d、7d、14d和30d明显升高,于术后7d~14d达最高值,且与后囊混浊程度呈正相关。结论:IL-1β和IL-6可能参与后发性白内障的形成。
Objective To explore the relationship between the development of posterior capsular opacification and the aqueous humor contents of IL - 1β and IL - 6 after extracapsular extraction of lens in rabbits. Methods Extracapsular extraction of lens was performed in 30 New Zealand rabbits. Aqueous humor contents of IL - 1β and IL - 6 were repeatedly determined with RIA and ophthalmoscopic as well as sllt - lamp examination were repeatedly performed to detect any posterior capsular opacification developed on d1, d3, 1w, 2w, 1 month, 3 month posteperatively. ResultsThe aqueous humor contents of IL- 1β and IL- 6 increased gradually after operation, reached the peak on d7 - d14, then gradually returned to within normal range by 2nd or 3rd month. Beginning from one month post- operatively, posterior capsular opacification was observed in some rabbits. By the end of 3rd month, Grade Ⅰ opacification was developed in 5 rabbits, Grade Ⅱ in 9 rabbits with Grade Ⅲ (fundns view obliterated) in 14 rabbits. Peak IL- 1β and IL- 6 content values were positively correlated with grading of future opacification. Conclusion IL - 1β and IL - 6 might play important roles in the development of posterior capsular opacification after lens extraction in rabbits.
