光照灭活病毒法对血浆成分的影响研究

The Effect of Photo-Inactivation of Virus on Plasma Components

目的:观察了光照灭活病毒法对血浆中诸成分的免疫活性及生物指标的影响。方法:应用ZBK-YBM-01仪器于可见光下,在室温照射30min。结果:除凝血因子PT、KPTT有一定程度的延长外,其它血浆白蛋白、葡萄糖、无机盐、免疫球蛋白、补体C3、C4及血浆pH值均未受影响。血浆经蛋白电泳分析,电泳迁移率与未照射前组相同。结论:光照灭活病毒法对大多数血浆成分的影响不明显,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of photo - inactivation of virus on immunological properties and biochemical ingredients of plasma. Methods Photo - inactivation was performed with ZBK - YBM -01 under visible light at room temprature for 30 min. Results Except that a few coagulation factors （PT and KPTT） were decreased, other parameters, immunoglobulins, C3 ,C4, inducting albumin, glucose, minerals as well as plasma pH were significantly not effected. No change of electrophoretic patterns was observed. Conclusion Photo - inactivation of virus could be safely done without significant effects on various plasma components and was definitely clinically applicable.
