未成熟卵母细胞冷存的研究进展
摘要
未成熟卵母细胞冷存为部分不孕患者保存生育能力提供了一条途径,具有广阔的前景。本文就与其研究状况,及与其冷存效果密切相关的生物学特点,玻璃化冷冻方法,及未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟(IVM)技术等方面作一综述。
