摘要
以S3C44B0X为例介绍嵌入式微处理器片内的A/D转换器及其使用方法,分析其不足之后提出解决办法,分别介绍了12位AD芯片MAX1246和16位ADS1100及两者的设计应用,提供在嵌入式设计中实现模数转换功能的几种实用型思路。
In this paper, several methods of analog-to-digit are presented. The A/D converter on ARM chip and its usage are introduced and analyzed in detail. MAX1246 and ADS1100 are mentioned in this paper. They can connect with microprocessors by serial interface and improve precisions of A/D.
