摘要
介绍基于PXI构建数模混合信号自动测试系统的方法。该系统基于虚拟仪器技术,利用各种PXI模块化仪器实现对混合信号的采集和测试。试验表明,该系统具有高性能、低成本、体积小等优点,具有广泛的应用价值。
In this paper, a method of building automated test system for digital ＆ analog hybrid signals based on PXI is presented. The system based on VI technique uses PXI modular instruments to achieve data acquisition and measurement. Experiments shows that this system has advantages of high capacity, low-cost and small volume.
